Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://doublesrstowingbkny.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Double R's Towing markets and arranges Towing Service, Emergency Towing, Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Recovery, Car Lockout Service, Jump Start Service, Fuel Delivery Service, Motorcycle Towing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Double R's Towing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Double R's Towing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Double R's Towing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double R's Towing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Double R's Towing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
